“ We went yesterday March 15th, for my friends birthday, we had a group of 6 and tip is added at 20% on 6 or more people. I would suggest that the serve mention that when taking orders so we know. Just because it's at the very bottom of the menu I didn't notice it until I asked for a dessert menu. The food was so good! We had Mexican jambalaya, Carne asada plate, tacos Dorado, enchiladas with both sauces, parillada, enfrioladas (bean enchiladas) tacos de pescado, Don julio flight, multiple drinks and churros. The churros were really good although we wish there was a non filled ones too and to have the optionof if we wanted it dressed up because churros are already super sweet with the cinnamonand sugar dusted but caramel and whip cream was added along with a strawberry filling. We also ordered a tres leches cake but we didn't like the tres leches cake, it was too sweet, so sweet that we couldn't taste the filling which we assume was pineapple lol the color was yellow with pieces of fruit but we couldn't taste it. Overall the service was great and quick. I would definitely come back here. ”

“ First time here and we had a really good experience! Servers were friendly and the food came out pretty fast. We had the Tacos Dorados, Enchiladas (ordered with half green and half red sauce), and 3 Tacos (they let us order 3 different kinds, which was nice). One order of churros for dessert was enough for all of us. All the food was delicious! Their bar is big - we enjoyed beer and Anejo Margaritas (not stingy with their tequila at all). We booked a table on Yelp for Saturday dinner but probably could've just walked in (party of 3). They were almost full and busy. They had their doors open all evening so bring a jacket if it's cold out. ”

“ This is a small little restaurant. It was the middle of the afternoon and slow. I ordered and the food came out quickly. They do not have chips and salsa to munch on without purchasing the appetizer. The chips with the guacamole were fresh. The guacamole had a little too much lime. The tacos were stuffed full. I got two carne and one chicken. The chicken was good. The carne was great. The flavor was amazing and the meat was tender. The only had sweet tea which I did not get. ”

One is very spicy though so be careful! ;) We also liked their churros, but wish we had known they have a raspberry filling inside because our kids wouldn't eat them. Their loss is our gain. ;) ”

“ As Good as Old Formerly known as "The Breakfast Place," they were featured on an episode of Restaurant Impossible (S20:E7 10/7/21) where Chef Robert Irvine busted their kishkas for thirty minutes before finally giving them a makeover. Alas and alack, even after that makeover the owners** decided to rebrand again and this time from an American breakfast place to a full-service Mexican restaurant complete with a full bar. The Good: *Easy parking in a large private lot *Friendly service *Reservations available via the Yelp app *Complimentary Chips and Salsa (there's a $5 version that comes with extra salsa fwiw) *Beers on draught, as well as a full bar *Multiple TVs with NFL games *Camarones a la Diabla (Deviled Shrimp) was tasty and cooked really well, and the Mexican rice was excellent and had a nice cooked tomato flavor. My only complaint was the shrimp weren't spicy enough--when I order deviled shrimp, I want it heavy on the devil. *Mole Verde was surprisingly good and the pork (altho we've seen them serve this with other proteins) was tender and had a nice chew. The Meh: *Corn tortillas aren't housemade The Ugly: *Prices are a little high compared to similar restaurants we've been to of this ilk. Conclusion: Tasty Mexican eats in a nicely remodeled space. **It's still the same owners from what I could tell from County records fwiw ”

“ My friend and I went here for lunch on a Saturday and it wasn't super busy at all. There was only one waitress working, but she was pleasant and quick to help us. I ordered the enchiladas with mole and my friend ordered a carne asada burrito. The enchiladas had chicken and cheese in them. The mole sauce was well seasoned and slightly spicy. It wasn't overly sweet either. The rice was flavorful but I thought the beans were a little bland. My friend enjoyed her burrito. We also ordered the churros and tres leches. The churros had bits of strawberry in them and were served with berries, whipped cream, and some sort of coffee/caramel sauce. The tres leches cake was also served with berries, whipped cream, and the caramel/coffee sauce. We enjoyed both desserts. The layout of the restaurant is a bit odd but the ambiance is festive and fun. I enjoyed my experience here and will likely come back to check out their happy hour menu and drinks. ”

“ Got together with some friends here for a birthday on a Saturday night, around 7:30. we made reservations thinking there may be a lot of people, but it was actually quite spacious and there were tables available. The servers there were really nice and took time to explain some of the ingredients in the menu and describing how some of the sauces were made. Very friendly staff and they also checked in with us a few times just to see if we needed anything else. We really enjoyed the food, the servings were big and the food were all delicious! the nachos was tasty, and that the toppings were spread out evenly and all the nacho chips had some of the toppings instead of piling the chips high, and then having the toppings only touching the top chips... lol if that makes sense I'm just happy this restaurant does it this way. My favorite is the chicken, Mole. Overall good experience with good flavors and a friendly staff and easy parking, especially on the weekend! ”
